It’s no secret the federal government is engaged in large-scale surveillance of the American people under the fallacious pretext of protecting us from al-Qaeda and other official enemies. From buses and street lights to police drones and facial recognition, the government has installed “homeland security applications” in cities from New York to California in wanton violation of privacy and the Fourth Amendment.

In response to this disturbing and audacious trend and its final outcome – turning the entire country into a huge panopticon prison system – Alex Jones and have posted a petition on the White House website calling for the tables to be turned: we demand that an elaborate high-tech video and audio surveillance system be installed immediately in the Oval Office and all congressional offices where professional criminals connive and plot their treason in secret.
“The Department of Homeland Security is currently providing tax-payer funded grants to install microphones and cameras in public buses and is also funding the use of facial recognition technology in airports and bus and train stations to surveil the American people without probable cause,” our petition reads. “Due to rampant and well-documented corruption at all levels of the federal government, we demand that this ubiquitous surveillance technology be placed in the White House and all congressional offices and a live-feed of the video be made available at the Library of Congress and its website. Alex Jones and are making this demand because the government is listening and watching the American people at a time when we need to watch the government and keep its tyranny in check.”

“Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force,” George Washington so eloquently stated. “Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.”

Government must be kept on a short leash and watched closely – and that’s why we are calling for the modern wonder of digital technology to be used to watch the beast that is government before it moves as it invariably does to enslave its host.

Police have arrested a Colerain man after he posted a photo of himself on Facebook holding his 1-year-old daughter and a BB gun.

Domonic Gaines, 22, was arrested after the incident which occurred at his home on Suliner Drive Sunday.

According to reports, police initially believed that Gaines was holding a handgun in the photo. However, police say the gun in question turned out to be a BB gun.

The photo depicted Gaines holding his daughter, Paradise Gaines, along with the BB gun. Police say that the close proximity of the gun to the child created a substantial risk of physical harm.

Police say they found the BB gun at the residence after the arrest was made.

“It’s really been blown out of proportion,” said Gaines’ father, Wilson Dykes.

Dykes claims that it was the baby’s maternal grandmother who saw the photo and called the police.

Gaines was arraigned on Monday morning on Child Endangerment charges. He’s being held without bond in the Hamilton County Jail.

The bottom line here is that there’s a lot you can do to lower your chances of getting cancer — you and your family CAN take control of your health. Don’t wait for diagnosis, take the reins and be a proactive participant in your own health care, before you end up in need for disease management. I believe you can virtually eliminate your risk of cancer and chronic disease, and radically improve your chances of recovering from cancer if you currently have it, by following these relatively simple risk reduction strategies.

Reduce or eliminate your processed food, sugar/fructose and grain carbohydrate intake. This applies to whole unprocessed organic grains as well, as they tend to rapidly break down and drive your insulin and leptin levels up, which is the last thing you need to have happening if you are seeking to resolve or prevent cancer.

Consider reducing your protein levels to one gram per kilogram of lean body weight. It would be unusual for most adults to need more than 100 grams of protein and most likely close to half that.

Control your fasting insulin and leptin levels. This is the end result you’ll get when you remove sugars and grains from your diet and start to exercise regularly. Your levels can be easily monitored with the use of simple and relatively inexpensive blood tests.

Normalize your ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fats by taking a high-quality krill oil and reducing your intake of most processed vegetable oils.

Get regular exercise. One of the primary reasons exercise works is that it drives your insulin levels down. Controlling insulin levels is one of the most powerful ways to reduce your cancer risks.

The trick about exercise, though, is understanding how to use it as a precise tool. This ensures you are getting enough to achieve the benefit, not too much to cause injury, and the right variety to balance your entire physical structure and maintain strength and flexibility, and aerobic and anaerobic fitness levels. If you have limited time Peak Fitness exercises are your best bet but ideally you should have a good strength training program as well.

Normalize your vitamin D levels by getting appropriate sun exposure, and consider careful supplementation when this is not possible. However, if you’re taking oral vitamin D, you also need to make sure you’re taking vitamin K2 as well, as K2 deficiency is actually what produces the symptoms of vitamin D toxicity, which includes inappropriate calcification that can lead to hardening of your arteries. To learn more, please see my previous article: What You Need to Know About Vitamin K2, D and Calcium. If you take oral vitamin D and have cancer, it would be very prudent to monitor your vitamin D blood levels regularly.

Get regular, good sleep.

Reduce your exposure to environmental toxins like pesticides, household chemical cleaners, synthetic air fresheners and air pollution.

Limit your exposure and provide protection for yourself from radiation produced by cell phones, towers, base stations, and WiFi stations.

Avoid frying or charbroiling your food. Boil, poach or steam your foods instead.

Have a tool to permanently reprogram the neurological short-circuiting that can activate cancer genes. Even the CDC states that 85 percent of disease is caused by emotions. It is likely that this factor may be more important than all the other physical ones listed here, so make sure this is addressed. My particular favorite tool for resolving emotional challenges, as you may know, is the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

Eat at least one-third of your food raw.

Consider adding cancer-fighting whole foods, herbs, spices and supplements to your diet, such as broccoli, curcumin and resveratrol. To learn more about how these anti-angiogenetic foods, and many others, work to fight cancer, please see my previous article: Dramatically Effective New Natural Way to Starve Cancer and Obesity.

The more advanced cancer is, the less effective chemotherapy is. However, a new study has shown that grape seed extract has exactly the opposite quality: The more advanced the cancer, the less extract that’s needed to kill it. On top of that, the study also shows that grape seed extract targets the cancer cells that become most resistant to chemotherapy.

In the face of this remarkable new development, it’s likely that grape seed extract is more effective in treating late-stage cancer than modern medicine’s chemotherapy. Not only does it take less and less of the substance to kill cancer cells, it’s able to target the cells that have become drug resistant, thus making chemo useless!

Yet again, the common misperception that modern medicine’s treatments are stronger or more potent or better in any way is shown to be mistaken. Sadly, it’s a mistake that can kill.

Grape Seed Extract Exposes Modern Medicine’s Failings

The study in question was produced in the University of Colorado Cancer Center and published in the journal Cancer Letters. It was an in vitro study, not in vivo. That is, no living creatures were involved. The study was performed on cell cultures. That might make it seem relatively insignificant. However, much prior research has already documented grape seed extract’s ability to control and kill cancer, so that’s not in much doubt. What this study discovered is a plausible means by which it happens. This is the kind of information that modern medicine craves.

Prince George’s police officer Juan Carter was found guilty by a circuit court jury Tuesday of selling and distributing the guns he seized while on a state-run task force created to take illegal weapons off the streets in Prince George’s County from 2008 to 2009.

Carter, 38, was convicted on all counts – three for misconduct in office and four for theft – and is facing at least 60 years in prison, prosecutors said.

The 15-year veteran was arrested in November 2010 but was released on bond until the jury reached a verdict and his bond was revoked. Prince George’s Police Chief Mark Magaw said Carter remains suspended without pay and will be fired as police officials are “moving rapidly to separate him from the police department” as the next step of the administrative process.

Carter, of Bowie, had been in a supervising position on the Firearms Interdiction Task Force and went through a 13-month period without turning in a single firearm or filling out paperwork, prosecutors said. They said Carter instead sold them and distributed them to friends and relatives.

John Erzen, a spokesman for the county state’s attorney’s office, said authorities have tied 29 guns to Carter, 12 of which were recovered while 17 have yet to be found.

Carter was previously tried for the same offenses in 2012 but the trial resulted in a hung jury when jurors could not reach a collective verdict. Jury deliberations for the re-trial lasted just two hours before Carter was found guilty on all counts.

An investigation into Carter’s actions began when a supposedly seized gun was used to commit a shooting in 2009. The shooting stemmed from an attempted carjacking of an off-duty police officer, and a suspect shot a finger off of the officer.

During the trial, prosecutors used convicted drug and gun dealers as witnesses who claimed to have purchased guns through a line of associates that linked Carter to the dealings.

“The opportunity he saw to take advantage corrupted him absolutely,” said state prosecutor Jonathon Church.

The state also had law enforcement officers from the task force testify. Each said that Carter was the seizing officer in charge of turning over weapons and failed to do so.

Defense attorney Doug Wood said the distribution of firearms on the street could have been done by another officer in the task force and that the organization’s record-keeping was poor.

“The investigation into seized guns should have started earlier … Somebody had to pay. Somebody had to be the fall guy and that’s Juan Carter.”

Prince George’s State’s Attorney Angela Alsobrooks said this was a case that will earn the public’s trust in the criminal justice system and police department, which she said cooperated in the investigation.

“This case came back with a resounding verdict in less than two hours,” said Alsobrooks. “We really value public’s trust. We can’t do our jobs without it. It’s my great hope that citizens will see this result and trust not only law enforcement officials and police but trust the system and its process.”

Carter will be sentenced on March 25.

A Virginia man who wrote an abbreviated version of the Fourth Amendment on his body and stripped to his shorts at an airport security screening area won a trial Friday in his lawsuit seeking $250,000 in damages for being detained on a disorderly conduct charge.

Aaron Tobey claimed in a civil rights lawsuit(.pdf) that in 2010 he was handcuffed and held for about 90 minutes by the Transportation Security Administration at the Richmond International Airport after he began removing his clothing to display on his chest a magic-marker protest of airport security measures.

“Amendment 4: The right of the people to be secure against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated,” his chest and gut read.
